Le Val d'Amby

The Le Val d'Amby restaurant offers two gourmet atmospheres: a bistronomic table at lunchtime during the week and gourmet cuisine served at lunchtime and in the evening.
In the kitchen, Dominique Grisoni, Master restaurateur, creates a creative menu that reflects the seasons.
Located in Hières-sur-Amby, less than an hour from Lyon, the restaurant Le Val d'Amby (Accueil Vélo certified) invites you to discover authentic, refined cuisine full of character. In a warm setting, two dining rooms welcome guests for a gourmet experience, complemented in fine weather by a pleasant flower-filled terrace.
The menu changes with the seasons, with a gourmet menu available for lunch and dinner, and a bistro menu served at lunchtime on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Fresh produce, generous portions, and careful presentation delight both regulars and visitors.
At the helm, Chef Dominique Grisoni, Maître Restaurateur and member of the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises, brings nearly 40 years of culinary experience to bear. Originally from the Var region and a Compagnon du Tour de France since 1989, he has forged his style through his travels in France, Switzerland, and Italy. He offers modern and creative cuisine, always respectful of local produce and local produce. Among his must-haves, the Lamb Shank remains a signature dish that delights even the most discerning palates.
An artist at heart, Dominique also expresses his sensitivity through painting. His watercolors, inspired by his career and the landmark establishments of his career, adorn the restaurant's walls, adding a personal and artistic touch to the dining experience.
