Prepare for a total immersion in the raw power of the river! Hydrospeed puts you right in the heart of the elements, equipped with a foam float (hydro) and fins to steer you.
Accompanied by a certified instructor, you will learn to navigate, surf the waves, and safely navigate the rapids. It's a thrilling, physical, and very fun activity, perfect for whitewater sports enthusiasts.

Access requirements and prerequisites:
Age and size: Accessible from 12 years old and 1m40 minimum, 40kg minimum.
Mandatory aquatic skills: It is essential to know how to swim, to know how to use fins and to be able to fully submerge oneself underwater.
Physical Condition: The activity is considered to be of low technicality but remains physical; good physical condition and a certain ease in the water are recommended.
Things to bring: Bring a swimsuit and a towel. A strap or clip if you wear glasses (to avoid losing them in the rapids).
Toilets and hot showers are available on site for your comfort.
Our team of qualified instructors offers a wide range of whitewater activities, suitable for all levels. Passionate about their job, they accompany young and old to discover the pleasures of the river in a safe and friendly environment.
