Balade à pied sur le toit des grottes de la Balme par les coteaux de Saint-Roch

à La Balme-les-Grottes

8 interpretation terminals mark out this loop. They will allow you not only to gain height but also to discover different preserved natural environments: The Caves of La Balme and its cliffs, the forest and the dry lawns.

This site is home to remarkable flora and fauna.
Keep your eyes peeled! You might spot the red pasque flower and the Chartreux pink which bloom in early spring, or many birds of prey which like to nest in the rocky walls of this Sensitive Natural Area.

This walk is not recommended for families with young children due to the steep slope, particularly on the descent.
