The site is bordered to the south by a PDIPR path, a path that leads to the Via-Rhôna, located about 700 meters away.

The site of the Passins ponds covers an area of ​​approximately 35 ha. However, it should be noted that the entire site is not accessible for walking or fishing.
The site is accessible only on its southern limit. It is here that it is bordered by a path. Also, fishing is not authorized on the whole site but on a clearly delimited sector (fishing stations).

Rules of procedure, posted on site, specify the various points of regulations applicable on the site of the ponds.
Regarding the fishing activity, it is specified that:
– Fishing is authorized from July 1 to January 31 to all holders of a fishing license valid for the current year.
– Fishing can only be practiced from the 6 fishing posts set up on the dike (on site, a map locates these posts).
Each position is intended to accommodate a maximum of two fishermen. Access to the fishing stations can only be done on foot, from the car park (the maximum distance between a fishing station and the car park is around XNUMX meters).
Parking is prohibited outside this car park;
– Night fishing is prohibited;
– Only angling (shot, cast, live, fly) is authorized;
– 2 lines per person are authorized at most;
– Second category national regulations apply to the Passins ponds.

Several fishing stations are accessible to people with disabilities (with assistance).
