Gite de groupe Espace Eau Vive
At the heart of the Espace Eau Vive site, the cottage is made up of 6 bedrooms with 4 bunk beds, a bedroom with two beds, a living room equipped with a television, a dining room, shared showers and toilets for 26 people and a terrace.
The Espace Eau Vive gîte is a friendly and functional accommodation, ideal for sports groups, associations, kayak clubs or families looking for a simple and practical place in the heart of nature.
With a capacity of 26 beds, it consists of rooms equipped with single bunk beds and common areas designed to facilitate group living.
You will find a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, a lounge, and two toilet blocks. Bed linen is not provided: each participant must bring their own sleeping bag and/or sheets.
Located right next to the artificial river, the gîte offers privileged access to whitewater activities, technical courses or multi-activity stays.
To ensure everyone's comfort and preserve the tranquility of the area, the gîte does not host festive events (bachelorette/bachelor parties, birthdays, rugby clubs, or similar gatherings). It is primarily intended for groups seeking peace and quiet, sports, and team building in a natural setting.
Not provided: sponges, dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tablets, tea towels, toilet paper… The cottage is available from 14pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated before 11am on the day of your departure.
