Equipped with 10 comfortable rooms, including one accessible for people with reduced mobility, this accommodation is the ideal place for relaxing, sporting, or business trips. Winner of the 2025 Customer Award.
This group accommodation includes 10 bedrooms, one of which is for people with reduced mobility, for a total capacity of 28 people.
It was completely renovated in 2024 by the community of municipalities of Balcons du Dauphiné, on two levels with elevator.
The accommodation also has, on the ground floor, a large lounge with a tea room, which can be transformed into a relaxation room for yoga retreats, relaxation activities or even a meeting room for business trips (equipped with a screen and USB key).
On the ground floor, you will also find a kitchen-dining room with a dishwasher, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, 2 fridge/freezers, coffee makers, electric kettles, and a 4-burner induction hob.
As well as 3 toilets with washbasins.

The room for people with reduced mobility includes a double bed and 2 single bunk beds, with a shower room, accessible toilet and shower seat.
On the 1st floor, a laundry room with washing machine and electric dryer, a mezzanine lounge, 10 bedrooms for 2 and 4 people with private shower room and toilet.
Rooms #2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10: for 2 people (double beds)
Room 3: for 8 people, dormitory style (8 single beds)
All rooms are accessible with a personal badge guaranteeing the security of your personal belongings.

The caretaker resides on site in an annex building.
The cottage is located on a large private plot with parking.
As the cottage is located in a quiet hamlet, with close neighbors, festive gatherings are not allowed, in order to preserve the tranquility of the place.
No one from outside the gîte is allowed within the Serverin grounds.
Only stays limited to 28 people are accepted.
The cottage is ideal for stays by sports clubs and associations or for professional stays.
A deposit of €600 must be paid to the booking center before the stay.
Near the cottage, you can enjoy ViaRhôna, marked hiking trails, but also many leisure sites, such as the Vallée Bleue, the Walibi Rhône-Alpes park, Les Grottes de la Balme, the Espace eau-vive, the medieval towns of Crémieu, Saint-Chef and Morestel, archaeological sites, several museums and authentic villages.
The cottage is fully equipped but does not include small supplies.
Filter coffee makers are available (filters not provided).
