Sustainable tourism
All the products used at Clos de la Rose respect short circuits and favor local producers: homemade jams are made with fruit from the Clos de la Rose garden (guaranteed without treatment) or purchased from a peasant cooperative (Les Saveurs Paysannes in Crémieu ). Cleaning products are purchased locally in bulk (by the liter in reused cans). Selective sorting of household waste. Pellet boiler for central heating. Wood stove. Natural air conditioning in summer (old house with very thick walls).
