Gilbert and Annie have completely renovated this old outbuilding for your holidays or business trips to the Balcons du Dauphiné, near the Via Rhôna and the Walibi amusement park in the commune of Avenières-Veyrins-Thuellin.

On the ground floor you will find the living space with a living room and a fitted kitchen, a lounge area with television and wifi, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area. The mezzanine is equipped with a BZ (140 x 190 cm bed). Also on the upper floor is a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed.

Outside, a garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the surrounding peace and quiet.
The cottage has a parking space and it is possible to park your bicycles or motorcycles under cover.
