A great place to take a breath of fresh air and recharge your batteries in an area with a rich natural and historical heritage: several sensitive natural areas nearby, medieval villages of Crémieu, Morestel and Pérouges, archaeological site of Larina, Grottes de la Balme, Bugey vineyards.
On the ground floor: fully equipped fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), large shower room with walk-in shower, toilet - laundry room (private washing machine). Single sofa bed in the living room. On the mezzanine: sleeping area fitted out in the loft with 1 double bed, large relaxation net on the ground floor (1m²). Access to the mezzanine by Japanese step ladder. Terrace with garden furniture. Electric heating, parking.
