On the ground floor you will have a living room/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the terrace and garden. WC, laundry room.
On the 1st floor, there is a shower room with an Italian shower and toilet, bedrooms 1 & 2 each with two 90x200 beds that can be made into 180x200 beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room.

Heat pump, electric washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, extractor hood, 4 induction hobs, electric kettle, toaster, DeLonghi bean-to-cup coffee maker.

Secure storage for bicycles and motorcycles, children's swing, parking on the property.

Cottage close to the owners' house.

Locally, there are mountain biking and hiking trails. Things to see and do include the Via-Rhona cycle route, the Balme Caves, the Vénérieu Lakes and the La Vallée Bleue water sports center, the Claudel Museum in Brangues, Walibi amusement park, the Domaine des Fauves wildlife park in Fitilieu, and the medieval villages of Crémieu, Morestel (the City of Painters), and Pérouges. 45 minutes from Lyon.
