Synopsis:
The merry galaxy of characters from "Panic at the Ministry" is back in action.
And this time, she's taking us along on the race for the Élysée Palace!
Indeed, Cécile Bouquigny has risen in rank since the last installment: she is currently Minister of Youth and Sports!
On a whim (and three months before the end of her term), she decided to run for president!
By upsetting an already precarious balance, she will, once again, sow panic in the ministry…
