The beer making process will no longer hold any secrets for you! Vincent, our brewer, goes over each of the steps that go into producing the recipes made on site. A tasting is offered at the end of the visit.

Enter the heart of the production of beer recipes at the Brasserie des Balcons!

From crushing to bottling, including mashing, each step has its own specificities! Each of them is important in making the style of beer selected by the brewer. A job that is much more technical than it seems, with notions of biochemistry essential throughout the process.

A tasting in good and due form of 4 of our recipes (your choice) is offered to you to close this moment of sharing.
