The Brasserie du Palais uses ingredients from organic farming and as local as possible:
– 3/4 of the Malts are grown in Rhône-Alpes and come from a local and responsible artisanal Malt factory located in Haute-Savoie and the Hops are French and come from the Alsace cooperative.
– 100% of the hops are organic and French from independent hop farms and 2/3 of our hops are grown in Rhône-Alpes.
– Gradual implementation of the deposit for 75cl bottles by working with “Alpes Consigne”.

2 Friends, a Passion, a Place, thus was born the Brasserie Du Palais in Optevoz.
The Brasserie is located in an old stone farmhouse, at a place called the Palace.
Our beers, 100% organic, have a rather light body profile to allow their aromatic potential to express itself. Our beers are top fermented,
neither filtered nor pasteurized. They will know how to awaken your taste buds.
Our commitments: we use ingredients from Organic Farming and at most local: 3/4 of our Malts are grown in Rhône-Alpes and come from a local and responsible artisanal malthouse located in Haute-Savoie and our Hops are French and come from the Alsace cooperative.
We recover our spent grains – crushed malt from brewing – by transforming them into delicious cookies or reusing them as animal feed on a nearby farm. Use of green electricity.
Possibility to visit the brewery for groups of up to 30 people on request and by appointment only. Tour/tasting package.
