François and Magali make goat cheeses of all shapes. In their cheese factory, numerous stages and drying and maturing times are carefully respected.
They offer small aperitif corks, good cheeses that are more mature and runny, small firmer rounds, others perfect for gratinating on a slice of bread, bricks or even ash cheeses.
