The vines in Protected Geographical Indication Isère Balmes Dauphinoises are planted on stony and shallow soils. The soil is worked without weedkiller, which allows it to breathe well.
The plateaus on which the vines are planted allow them sunny exposure all day long.
The vines are grown without insecticides in sustainable agriculture with natural products. Yields are limited to guarantee you the best quality.
The harvests carried out by hand in the traditional way allow us to obtain healthy grapes. During vinification they do not add any yeast for fermentation to maintain the authenticity of the terroir. The wines are aged in vats for 12 months before being bottled on their property. All of these traditional methods combined with their know-how guarantee the quality and typicality of the terroir.
They are part of the Independent Winegrowers which guarantees you that each stage of their work is done on their farm. They only use grapes from their farm to make our wines.

Family farm for 6 generations. The estate has 6ha of vines in IGP Isère Balmes Dauphinoises. The operation is HVE certified because the environment, respect for nature and our passion are the values present at each stage of our work. The harvest is manual and the vinification is done without the addition of yeast to guarantee the authenticity of the terroir. Our range of wines: Chardonnay, Pinot, Rosé, Gamay and the Champagne method. We have obtained numerous medals (agricultural fair, silver medal at the Isère competition, gold medal at the Lyon international competition in 2020, etc.) All our wines are sold for direct sale.
