I participate in the biggest competitions in the world (Paris 2019, Florence 2020).
I have signed a partnership with the Tour du Pin horticulture school, which helps me maintain the plot. We have implemented a new production technique, using tarpaulins. We do not use phytosanitary products but only products accepted in organic farming, in reasonable quantities.
