Les Ursulines – Fabrique de bières artisanales
Installed in the former church of the Ursuline convent dating from the 18th century in Crémieu, a medieval town less than an hour from Lyon, Olivier and his brewers develop around ten draft beer recipes over the seasons.
Olivier and his team brew characterful and expressive beers within these old walls, with a constant concern for the quality of the raw materials, to which special care is given.
The beers are mainly triples, to which the brewers give a long aging period and refermentation in the bottle, for added elegance.
The result: rich, refreshing and aromatic beers.
Throughout the seasons, the Brasserie des Ursulines caters to the desires of the moment:
a light white when it is hot, the atypical Medieval during the medieval festivals of Crémieu, the powerful Brown in winter, the tasty Christmas for the holidays, and the aromatic Spring at the return of the good weather.
