Micro-brasserie L'Echopp' de Travers

Located right next to the ViaRhôna cycle route, the L'Échopp' de Travers microbrewery is a family business nestled in the heart of the Balcons du Dauphiné region. Corentin, a craft brewer, produces his own beers there in small batches. The brewery offers six year-round beers, made with ingredients selected for their aromatic qualities.

Permanent beers:

Amber beer – Tonka bean
– To the eye: amber to brown color with a dark coat.
– On the nose: aromas of caramel and vanilla
– On the palate: caramelized and vanilla notes
– Alcohol: 6%.

Gross IPA
– Visually: a brut champagne-type beer, golden in color.
– On the nose: American hops with spicy and citrus aromas.
– On the palate: hints of passion fruit, mango and lime.
– Alcohol: 5,5%.

Blonde beer – French hops
– Visually: a top-fermented blonde beer.
– On the nose: floral notes
– On the palate: light and smooth on the palate
– Alcohol: 5%.

White beer – Timut pepper
– Visually: white beer.
– On the nose: Timut pepper (Nepal), with fruity and peppery aromas
– On the palate: it offers notes of citrus and grapefruit
– Alcohol: 4,5%.

IPA – Indian Pale Ale
– Visually: a light, golden-colored, hoppy beer.
– On the nose: Chinook hops (pine, resin, spices, citrus) and Centennial (floral and lemony aromas).
– On the palate: mild bitterness.
– Alcohol: 5,5%.

La Chope – Blonde with character
– To the eye: a pale golden hue
– On the nose: aromas of cereals and yeast
– On the palate: a powerful cereal flavor
– Alcohol: 6%.

Homemade products and on-site tasting:

In addition to beers, the microbrewery offers homemade products such as foie gras (white port, Sarawak pepper) or smoked gravlax salmon (Timut pepper). These preparations are available for takeout.

During the warmer months, you can enjoy the terrace to sample a craft beer or share an appetizer platter made with fresh produce.

The place is suitable for a break on ViaRhôna or for a friendly moment with friends or colleagues.
