This vegetable and wheat farm has been moving towards organic farming since 2000. Great importance is attached to the rhythm of the seasons. Sales at the farm on prior order but above all presence in collective point of sale.
Farmer on 20 hectares of crops, particularly attached to the rhythm of the seasons and the natural cycle of plants. Do not apply any chemical fertilizers with soil fertilized exclusively with green waste compost produced on the farm.
2.5 ha fallowed/green manure covered with alfalfa for two or three years, a system which allows the soil to rest and enrich itself.
Vegetables grown according to the Organic Farming Charter. The majority of production is grown outdoors. The tunnels are only intended to extend the harvest period of our vegetables, while respecting the plant cycle.
With the same idea of respecting the soil, the team practices crop rotation. The plots are cultivated with vegetables for two years and with wheat the third year. The wheat is ground by a miller.
