In Les Avenières Veyrins-Thuellin, Gilbert and Annie welcome you to a gîte converted from the outbuildings of a traditional Dauphiné farmhouse. Ideal for holidays or business trips, close to the ViaRhôna cycle route and Walibi Rhône-Alpes amusement park.

On the ground floor, the accommodation has a convivial living space including a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with television and wifi connection, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate WC.

The upper floor, dedicated to the sleeping area, consists of a mezzanine equipped with a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), which can be converted into two single beds (80 x 200 cm) upon request. This layout is ideal for a couple or a family with two children.

Outside, garden furniture allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside. The cottage also has a private parking space as well as a sheltered area for bicycles and motorcycles, a real plus for cyclists using the ViaRhôna route.
