Eglise de Chozeau

The Church, oriented east-west, was built in the middle of the XNUMXth century.
Its bell tower-porch is decorated with a bas-relief representing Saint Bruno founder of the Grande Chartreuse.
The apse, covered for a long time with slates, is undoubtedly the last vestige of the chapel erected on this small rocky promontory of the village by a small fraternity of Augustinian brothers linked to the abbey of Crémieu.
