Fontaines de Morestel

It is to Joseph Claude Pécoud, Mayor at the time, that we owe the transformation of the well in Place Grenette into a fountain, as indicated by the inscription engraved in the massif which surmounts it: "l'an of the lord 1840, thanks to Mr. Joseph Claude Pécoud, administrator of the city, with the help of a pump, the chirping nymphs spit”.

– Route de Lyon, facing rue de la Rivoirette
– Place St Symphorien
– Place des Halles
– At the corner of the Hôtel de France
– Against the wall of the former gendarmerie which became Servonnat house
– Rue Blanche (decorated with a shell)
– Place Chanoz
– Place Grenette
