Fours à pain de Passins
In each hamlet there was a common oven, that is to say available to the inhabitants of the neighborhood. In Passins, the Bourg and the 5 hamlets have an oven: Four du Bois, de Bachelin, du Bourg, de Bron (hamlet of Crevières), de Chassins, du Poyolet.
Nowadays, bread ovens not only play an ornamental role, they are also the venue for convivial bread festivals.
