Vitraux de l'église de Saint Marcel Bel Accueil

The 20 stained glass windows of the church were listed in the supplementary inventory of historical monuments in January 1996.
These windows are twenty in number. Fifteen of them were executed by a master glassmaker from Grenoble, Antoine Bernard, in 1909 and 1910. The other five do not bear a signature, but the homogeneity of the style allows their creation to be attributed to this same master glassmaker.
They look like this:
• in the choir: scenes from the cycle of Christ's life (with, among other scenes, the presentation in the temple, scenes of healing, the consecration of the host, the Passion and the Resurrection)
• in the South transept: scenes from the cycle of the Virgin's life (Annunciation, Visitation, Coronation, etc.)
• in the North transept: scenes from the cycle of Joseph's life (the marriage of Mary and Joseph, the flight into Egypt, Glorification of Joseph, etc.)
• in the nave: the protective saints (Francis of Assisi, Charles Borromeo, Joan of Arc, etc.) with scenes from the life of Saint Marcel on the west wall.
