Hiking guides on sale at the Tourist Office
Sheets for each hike are on sale (1€ per sheet) in the Tourist Information Offices of Crémieu, Morestel, Les Avenières Veyrins-Thuellin and Saint-Chef. You will find all the practical information (distance, duration, elevation), the route and the stages of the circuit as well as the points of interest... These sheets are available in French and English.
