Circuit n°10 "Par le Sentier des Bigues"

From the Vallée Bleue, head towards the hamlet of Vassieu and drive between the Grosse Pierre quarries, the Tiennes quarry and the Pont bout quarry (additional loop as a bonus). Cross the Hameau de Marieu, and pass on and near the Bigues themed path to reach Parmilieu. Between fields and forest, you will pass near a quarry to reach Torjonas and go up on the limestone plateau towards Amblérieu and its lake. You will also follow the Côtes de Sarcalin, the Côte du Pain, to recover the Departmental Road D65 (be careful) and turn right at a place called "Le Serpay", and again follow the Côte Corbeille. You go back up towards the caves of La Balme and cross its Sensitive Natural Area known as the hillsides of St Roch. Then go through Suptilieu then Le Devin to go up to the North in the Forest of Serverin, You will go down to the South in the direction of the Carrière Lecazat to find the Côte de St Vérand (another route) and its panoramas. You will follow the edge of this coast to descend to Roche Ronde and find the towpath on the banks of the Rhône and finish at the Blue Valley.
