Olympics 2024
Take part in the Vallée Bleue green triathlon at the Balcons du Dauphiné in a very festive atmosphere! On the program: final of Fitdays MGEN children, initiation for children, educational workshops, child-adult aquathlon, triathlon competitions.
All dates and times
Friday May 31, 2024 from 17 p.m. to 20 p.m.
– from 17 p.m. to 18:30 p.m.: introduction to the FitDays MGEN triathlon and educational workshops for 5-12 year olds
– from 18:30 p.m. to 20:00 p.m.: the family team, a child-adult relay aquathlon with a concert which will end with a draw for gifts for the participants.
Saturday June 1, 2024 from 9 p.m. to 18:30 p.m.
– from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: triathlon initiation for children and educational workshops (for 5-12 year olds)
– from 12:00 p.m. to 13:00 p.m.: the family team, either child parent relay aquathlon or individual aquathlon for the more sporty
– from 14:30 p.m. to 16:30 p.m.: GREEN TRIATHLON by FitDays in Triathlon XS
– 17:00 p.m. to 18:30 p.m.: final of the Balcons du Dauphiné of FitDays MGEN children
– from 18:30 p.m.: Prize giving for the XS triathlon and the Balcons du Dauphiné final followed by the pasta party with concert.
Sunday June 2, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 18 p.m.
– from 11:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m.: GREEN TRIATHLON by FitDays in Triathlon M (Olympic distance)
– from 16:00 p.m. to 17:30 p.m.: GREEN TRIATHLON by FitDays in XXS relay type A triathlon
– from 17:15 p.m. to 18:00 p.m.: Prize giving and closing aperitif with concert.

The Green Triathlon by Fitdays requires a fee:
– in mass start (young people, amateurs including businesses).
– M at €45 until April 30 (Sunday June 2 from 11 a.m. to 15 p.m.): Olympic distance, open to juniors and before (born in 2006 and before) and in relay to cadets and before (born in 2008 and before)
– XXS at €80/team (Sunday June 2 from 16 p.m. to 17:30 p.m.): 200m swim + 5km bike + 1,250 km run – on course entirely closed to traffic – reserved for triathlon club teams. A triathlete from each team will start in wave 1, then pass the baton to her teammate 1, who will in turn pass the baton to her teammate 2, who will finally pass the baton to her 2nd male teammate. Teams are made up of 2 men and 2 women. Women start waves 1 and 3.
