Loïc offers market cuisine, punctuated by the seasons (to be enjoyed on the terrace on the village square in summer). Its daily menus are excellent value for money, and the more gastronomic side of the evenings and weekends enchants gourmets.
After having traveled the world as a cook, notably in Switzerland, Canada and Luxembourg, Loïc Normand took over Le Chantegrit in July 2014. His career and his travels allow him today to bring creative and inventive cuisine with French gastronomic bases. From the Lesdiguières hotel school in Grenoble, via the Savoie Chamber of Trades, he draws his influence from chef Gilles Vernice, with whom he shared by doing many seasons, summer and winter.
